B2B Wholesale FAQ for Repair Shops and Distributors

Apex Technology supplies original service pack screens and spare parts to repair shops, distributors and resellers from its warehouse at Brunner Straße 63, Obj. 21, 1230 Vienna, Austria, open Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:30. The answers below cover the questions trade customers ask most before placing a first order. Where a detail depends on your company, the model or the destination, our sales team confirms it in writing with your quote.

Quotes and accounts

How do I request a quote?

Send the part numbers or model codes, the colour, the tier (service pack, ASMBLD, Renewed and so on) and the quantity per line through the contact page, choosing the topic “I want to place a new order”. You can also email sales3@apexgmbh.com, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +43 660 2015298 on weekdays between 09:30 and 18:30. A quote is a non-binding offer; the order becomes binding when we send the order confirmation.

Who can order from Apex Technology?

We sell to businesses only: repair shops, repair chains, distributors, resellers and refurbishers. We need your company name, business address and, inside the EU, your VAT identification number. We do not supply private individuals. Every order is confirmed by our sales team, and quotes are requested through the contact page.

What does a trade account mean here?

A trade account means your company details, VAT ID, contact persons and delivery addresses are on file with our sales team, so repeat parts lists can go straight to your sales contact by reply. Each order is still confirmed in writing before it ships.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We do not publish a fixed minimum order quantity. Mixed lists across brands and tiers are normal in our business. State the quantities you need and sales will confirm any minimum per line in the quote.

Stock, lead time and payment

How quickly can an order ship?

More than 130,000 parts are physically in stock in Austria. Lines that are in stock are dispatched promptly after order confirmation and travel by tracked courier; sales states the expected dispatch and delivery time with the quote. If a line is not in stock, sales gives you the expected availability with the quote rather than a general promise, so you can decide whether to wait or switch to another tier.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods and terms are confirmed in writing with your quote or order confirmation. Ask sales when requesting your first quote.

Shipping and customs

How are orders shipped?

Orders leave our Vienna warehouse by tracked courier service. Screens are packed to protect the panel, and the manufacturer’s service-pack boxes stay sealed. Shipping is quoted per shipment together with the parts, based on weight, destination and the service level you choose. See also the delivery information page.

What about VAT and customs?

Deliveries to business customers in other EU member states are, as a rule, intra-community supplies: with a valid EU VAT number on file, no customs procedure applies. Deliveries inside Austria carry Austrian VAT. Deliveries outside the EU are agreed case by case; ask sales before ordering for a non-EU destination.

Warranty and returns

What warranty applies to screens?

All service pack screens are original manufacturer parts and are covered by the warranty set out in our Conditions générales. Dead-on-arrival units must be reported promptly after delivery, within the period stated in the Terms & Conditions and on your delivery note. Damage that occurs during installation or through later use is not a dead-on-arrival fault, so test each panel on the board before bonding it.

How do I return a faulty screen?

Request an RMA number through the form on the product returns page, quoting your order number and the part number, and wait for our reply before shipping anything back. Our reply contains the RMA number and the return instructions; ship the part only once you have them, with the RMA number quoted on the parcel.

Compatibility and parts lists

How is compatibility confirmed?

By part number first. Match the number printed on the original part’s label against the catalog line, suffix letter and E/EU mark included. Where you only have the device, send the full model code (SM-A156, not “A15”), the colour and, for Xiaomi, whether it is a global or China edition. Sales checks the line against the catalog and tells you if a model needs a European kit, as with the Galaxy A73 5G no-frame panel GH96-15021A/15021C EU, where the EU mark is part of the code. Our part number guide explains the code systems.

How should I send a parts list?

A spreadsheet works best, one line per part with columns for part number, model code, colour, with or without frame, tier and quantity. For lines filed under an internal code, such as S-1392, A-180 or SP-082, use that code. Send the file through the contact page or by email to your sales contact; you receive the list back with availability and the quote per line. One list can mix Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Apple, Google, Motorola, Oppo, Realme and OnePlus parts and any combination of service pack, ASMBLD, Renewed, OLED or Incell lines; state the tier per line so that nothing is substituted without your agreement. The quality tiers guide explains each label.
