Every order confirmed by APEX Technology GmbH is packed and dispatched from our warehouse at Brunner Straße 63, Obj. 21, 1230 Wien. We hold more than 130,000 parts physically in stock in Austria, so most order lines ship from the shelf rather than being sourced after you order. This page explains how dispatch, transit, tracking, packaging and delivery problems are handled for trade customers.
Dispatch
- Goods are dispatched after we have sent the order confirmation. Orders confirmed early enough in the working day are typically dispatched the same day; orders confirmed later leave on the next working day.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30. No shipments leave on Saturdays, Sundays or Austrian public holidays.
- If part of your order is not in stock, we tell you before confirmation and you decide whether the available lines ship first or everything waits for one complete shipment.
Carriers and transit times
Shipments travel with tracked courier services.Transit times are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed; island, remote-area and peak-season deliveries can take longer.Use the reference on the carrier’s website to follow the shipment and to arrange redelivery if nobody was available at the address. If the tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Packaging
Service pack screens are shipped unopened in the manufacturer’s individual box with the original label; parts of other quality tiers are packed individually for transit. Keep the outer packaging until you have checked the contents, because the carrier may ask for it in a damage claim.
Delivery address and recipient
- We deliver to business addresses. Give us your company name, a contact person and a telephone number the courier can use.
- Delivery to an address other than the one registered on your trade account must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.
- After dispatch, an address change is only possible through the carrier and may delay delivery.
On arrival: checking the shipment
- Count the parcels and inspect the outer cartons before signing. Note any damage on the courier’s delivery record.
- Compare the part numbers and quantities on the delivery note with the contents.
- Report transport damage, shortages or wrong items to sales3@apexgmbh.com promptly after delivery, within the period stated on the delivery note, with photos of the packaging and the item. Late reports may make it impossible for us to claim against the carrier, whose own deadlines for damage claims are short.
- Test every screen in the device before removing protective films or fitting it. Parts that fail on first test are handled under the DOA procedure in our Terms & Conditions.
